Returns & Exchanges

 

We strive to ensure you have an enjoyable shopping experience. We encourage you to contact us with any questions, comments, or concerns.  We ensure all items are BRAND NEW, never worn or tried on when you make a purchase with Classy Lady. To ensure we uphold that promise to our customers, ALL  SALES ARE FINAL.  An exchange is allowed but can only be done due to manufacture defective item.

Do you have a one off situation? Please contact us directly to resolve.

 

Please Note: All items are inspected and carefully packaged when shipped.

Please email or call Classy Lady immediately upon receipt of item with any discrepancies. Email: orders@classy-lady.net or

Call: 1.888.407.0619.  In your email please list your name, date of purchase, invoice number, phone number and description of the defective item.

Upon receiving the defective item(s)we will issue you a STORE CREDIT through email to be used on any Classy Lady product of your choice.

Shipping

All items will be processed within 24-72hrs of receipt of payment. Items will then be shipped within 24hrs of processing.

This shipping policy will apply unless otherwise stated. Orders may be processed on weekends but should not be expected.

(EXCLUDES items on backorder, special orders, pre orders, LOW STOCK, or out of stock items)

 

Each order will be shipped with a tracking number. Please ensure the address included is correct PRIOR to completing your order as refunds will not be given for items lost in shipment due incorrect address provided. An email is sent from PayPal with tracking information.

 

Classy Lady ensures you receive $50-100 insurance with all shipped items. Classy Lady is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they indicate a "Shipped" or "Delivered" status. Please file any lost/stolen claims directly with USPS at www.usps.com

We are more than happy to add signature confirmation to any order if this is an area of concern. Please simply send us an email and we will have signature confirmation added at the USPS cost. (Typically an additional $1.25-$3)

Overnight shipping OR expedited shipping is available for an additional fee. Simply send us an email and we will reply with details of how we can accommodate your special request.

Item Restock

If an item is SOLD OUT and you would like to request a restock, please submit your request to: orders@classy-lady.net

Restock is not guaranteed. An email reply will be sent to the email provided within 48-72hrs of request.

Why the elephants?

As a member of the Illustrious Sorority Delta Sigma Theta, co-owner Shameka wanted Classy Lady to offer a variety of Trunks Up items at an affordable price for her Divastating Sorors! You'll notice the boutique has other sorority related items for her Sister Greeks!
